    At a strong heartbeat, when it seems that heart could jump out of a breast, there are few good recipes with chaga infusion that will calm strong heartbeat down:

    1. Arnica & Chaga Infusion
    Take 10 gram of This link is not visible to you. and fill with hot (50 Celsius degrees) chaga decoction, infuse it for 12 hours then filter it.

    Consume ready infusion:
    - 1 teaspoon / children
    - 1 tablespoon / grown-ups
    45 minutes after having meal 5-6 times a day. Сourse lasts 3 months.

    2. Young Birch Leaves & Chaga Infusion

    Harvest young birch leaves in spring time, dry them and store in cardboard box.

    8 grams of young birch leaves are filled with 0,5 liter of hot (50 Celsius degrees) chaga infusion. The best would be to infuse in thermos.

    Consume ready infusion between having meals during the day.
    Edemas disappear, the dyspnea leaves.
